PRO SERVE TRAINING
- Liquor Staff Training As part of the
course, Fine Art Bartending goes over all of the aspects
of the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission
(AGLC) Pro Serve certification.
This certification is now mandatory for
anyone working with or serving alcohol in

bar and pour drinks.

Brady
Upon graduating from Fine Art Bartending,
Brady quickly started Bartending at hotels and private
functions. This inspired him to venture overseas to New
Zealand where he spent time working and traveling, Brady
tended bar at a large downtown club in Auckland that
held 1200 people and partied till 6 in the morning. Over
the last few years Brady has spent time bartending in
all types of bars, from Pubs to Clubs, Restaurants to
private functions, Cocktail Bars and shooter bars.
He has had drink recipes published and helped
create cocktail menus and liquor inventories.
Brady is excited to help shape the new breed of
Bartenders in Edmonton.
